Terms of use.
Using daisyanddamon.com means you agree to the following. These terms apply to this website and the waitlist signup — not yet to the full matchmaking service, which is operated separately under its own agreement.
Daisy & Damon is a personal matchmaking service operated by Kazmaier Capital. At the moment, the site is a waitlist. Submitting your number does not guarantee an introduction, a match, or any specific outcome — we will reach out when (and if) we believe we have someone for you.
By submitting the form, you confirm that:
- —You are at least 18 years old.
- —The phone number you submit belongs to you.
- —You are happy to be contacted by us via that number.
- —You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
The waitlist is free. We make no promises about timing, suitability of matches, or quality of conversations. If we move into a paid service in the future, separate terms will apply and you'll be asked to agree to them first.
Don't submit phone numbers that aren't yours. Don't spam the form. Don't use the site to impersonate anyone. If you do, we'll delete the data and block further submissions.
All text, design, code, and brand elements on this site belong to Kazmaier Capital. The brutalist editorial design language is original work and not licensed for reuse.
We do our best to keep the site working, but offer no warranty. Liability for the site itself is limited to the extent permitted by German law. For full statutory liability notes, see the Imprint.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent legally permissible.
