When you submit the waitlist form on this site, we store:

• —Your phone number — the only identifier you give us.
• —The page you signed up from (landing, card, pitch).
• —UTM parameters from the URL, if any (utm_source, utm_campaign).
• —The timestamp of submission.

We do not collect names, emails, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, location, or anything else from the form. We do not set any non-essential cookies. No analytics tracking is loaded on this site.

Your phone number is collected for the sole purpose of contacting you to start the matchmaking conversation. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), given when you tick the consent box and submit the form. The form will not submit without that explicit tick. Your consent timestamp is stored alongside the phone number — that record is the evidence of consent.

Submissions are stored in Attio, a customer-relationship management tool operated by Attio Ltd., a UK-based company with EU and US data processing. Their privacy policy is available at attio.com/legal/privacy. We have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place with Attio.

Your phone number stays in our system until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after your last interaction with Daisy & Damon — whichever comes first.

Under GDPR (Art. 15–22) you have the right to:

• —Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• —Correct any inaccurate data.
• —Have your data deleted (right to be forgotten).
• —Restrict how we process your data.
• —Withdraw consent at any time, without explanation.
• —Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (BfDI in Germany).

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@daisyanddamon.com from the phone number you signed up with, or include enough information for us to identify your record. We'll respond within 30 days.

This site does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, cookie-less, aggregated) may collect anonymous page-view data for uptime and performance monitoring.

We may update this policy when we change how data is handled. The date below shows the last revision. Material changes are communicated via the contact channel you provided.
